STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders will be shipped with Myparcel and delivered to your home by Bpost our Fedex.

Arrival date of goods are communicated in advance with the customer

Orders are prepared for shipment on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the morning. You can take this into account when considering the delivery of your order..

After shipping the package you will receive an email with a track & trace code. With this code you can track the status of your package. If you have not received your package within the 10 working days something has gone wrong. If so, please contact us at info@studiopuur.be. We're happy to help you figure out what went wrong.
