Return Policy

STATE OF PRODUCT

You can return your purchased product under certain conditions.

The product must be in its original condition.

The products are unused, unopened and undamaged.

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days.

RETURNS POLICY

Returning a package is at your own expense, unless an incorrect or incomplete package was delivered or a package was damaged during delivery. In the latter case, speak first and foremost to the courier of the delivery company in question.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer after acceptance of the reason for return.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to inform Studio Puur of the withdrawal of his order, without payment of any penalty or indication of the reason, within 14 working days after delivery of the order.
