GENERAL

The Studio Puur webshop, headquartered in Roeselare, VAT BE0777.288.714, sells natural, animal-friendly, vegan and organic beauty products and accessories.

These general conditions apply to all sales by Studio Puur and exclude all applications of any different or specific conditions of the buyer. No waiver or modification of these terms and conditions of sale shall be binding on Studio Pure unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Studio Pure.

PRICE

Each product is indicated with a price including VAT. Shipping or other charges can be found on the "Shipping" page. The prices indicated refer to the product as described in the accompanying text. Photos are decorative and may contain decorative elements not included in the price.

Shipping costs are:

For regular deliveries within Belgium, a standard shipping cost of €6 is charged. Shipments for the Netherlands cost 9,70€.

Shipping cost for the rest of Europe are depending the total amount of the order.

Special offers are only valid during the period as stated on the website.

READMISSION POLICY

Studio Pure's return period is 14 days.

If the return is covered by our return policy, Studio Puur will refund you the price you paid for the product no later than 14 days after the product is returned. You are required to pay for the return delivery of the product. Studio Puur pays for shipping replacement products and/or services.

In your email to us, please inform us of the reason for return + order or invoice number. The return period is counted from the day we shipped the product.

When returning a product:

You are required to keep the product in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition in the original packaging.

You may not have used the product, but you have the right to examine the condition the product was in when it was delivered. If damage is caused to the product during examination, the product is not eligible for the return policy.

We strongly recommend that you check the goods upon arrival. Should the piece not be to your liking, you can return it to us and get your order refunded (excluding. Shipping costs).
